Reunion Luncheon 2026 (15th May)
The P&O pensioner’s annual reunion luncheon will be held on Friday the 15th of May 2026 at the Novotel, 1 West Quay Road, Southampton, SO15 1RA.
Full details of the lunch arrangements and booking details will be available from the 1st March 2026.
On the 1st April 2026, a list of those who have booked and are due to attend will be distributed.
The cut of date for receiving bookings and seating requests will be the 24th April 2026
A firm commitment will be made with the Novotel on the 5th of May 2026. After this date refunds will not be possible.
The final lunch details, seating plans etc will be available from the 8th of May 2026.

Today, we come together
Friends and shipmates from years past
To eat, drink and remember
Our days on the high seas.
We give thanks for our voyages
Whether on calm waters or stormy seas;
And for bringing us home safely
To our loved ones.
We remember those who are not here today.
Whether for difficulties in making the journey,
Or shipmates still serving at sea
And those who have crossed the Bar.
Bless the chefs who have prepared our food,
The sommeliers who pour our wine and drinks
And the staff who serve our meal.
We are grateful for their diligence and hard work.
Let us be mindful of those who suffer hunger and conflict.
May the Lord make us truly thankful
For what we are about to receive
And bestow blessings on everyone here today.
